This website provides general information about FARRA and its renovation, design, maintenance and technical services across the United Arab Emirates. It also presents project imagery and ways to contact FARRA. Website content is provided for general information and enquiry purposes and is not professional, engineering, architectural, financial or legal advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current and lawful, and that you have authority to share any photographs, plans or other materials. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.

Website enquiries are sent to FARRA when the contact form is submitted successfully. You may also use the published email address or WhatsApp link to contact FARRA directly. Time-sensitive matters should not rely solely on a website form or electronic message.

An enquiry is an invitation to discuss possible services. FARRA may request further information, inspect a property, clarify requirements, assess feasibility, or decline to provide a proposal. Availability, approvals and the suitability of requested work remain subject to review.

Any project scope, timing, pricing, payment arrangements, warranties, responsibilities, exclusions and deliverables will be set out in the separate written quotation or service agreement accepted by the client. If these website terms conflict with an accepted project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement governs that project to the extent of the conflict.

Sending an email or WhatsApp message, completing a website form, requesting a consultation, receiving an acknowledgement, arranging a visit or discussing possible work does not by itself create a contract or require FARRA to undertake services. A service relationship begins only when the relevant parties accept a separate written quotation or service agreement in the manner it specifies.

FARRA aims to keep website information useful and current, but content may be general, incomplete or become out of date. Images illustrate previous work or the type of work presented and do not promise that another project will achieve an identical result. Materials, site conditions, approvals, client requirements and other circumstances vary.

FARRA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website and may update, suspend or remove website content where reasonably necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to FARRA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial information purposes. Project photographs and visual comparisons are presented to show renovation and related work. Project identities may be withheld, and website imagery must not be used to identify a property, owner, occupier or client. FARRA's responsibility for renovation or technical services is governed by the applicable accepted quotation or service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law. If a provision is inconsistent with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement prevails to the necessary extent.

These website Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply, disputes relating to these terms or website use will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

FARRA may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the website, services or applicable requirements. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your use of the website after publication is subject to the version then displayed.
